I have a lot of Stella McCartney Adidas sneakers...I love them all mostly for the quality and style. Stella uses innovative sustainable high tech fabrics that keep the shoes intact even after years of wear. This shoe is no different. The silver (reflective) and black with the peek hole front is extremely unique and feminine. I usually fit into her US size 8.5 but this shoe is longer and wider. I returned for a size 8 so let's see what happens. It would be a pity if it doesn't fit but I recommend a half size down for anyone with an average medium foot. Get the black/silver color too because it is pretty much sold out everywhere but Amazon!***Just be aware that Shopbop.com (an Amazon shoe company) sells the shoe but lists UK sizes! Sadly, my US size 8 is unavailable but I hope they have your size!
