These shoes like many On Clouds are very comfortable, supportive, and easy on the feet. The sellers responded very quickly with my questions and did not hesitate to offer a refund if I wanted to return these sneakers. Just a heads up, the women shoes don’t come with shoe strings outside of the elastic ones shown on the shoe in the picture. If you are like me and have wide feet and a high instep (from the bottom of your heal to the top of your ankle…see pic) then these shoe strings will choke your feet. Making it very uncomfortable when working out. Highly recommend you buying additional shoe strings to adjust the tightness.I purchased these shoes after searching for comfortable shoes for walking. I wore them for nine days of walking in Belgium and my feet never hurt. I am 70 years old and much more concerned about comfort than style, however, these are very stylist and VERY comfortable. I highly recommend the ON Women's Cloud 5 sneakers!I own 2 pairs of these and my 17 year old requested some for her bday-now, she wears them constantly.Very comfy and lightweight. Mine have survived months of wear and tear!I love those shoes not only beautiful, but very comfortable and I have issues with my feet and when I put these on they are like butter love love love themI love these shoes!
